Once the transformer cores are produced they will need to be stress relieved. For this purpose we have designed the HEF045 and HEF063 Annealing Furnace. A floor mounted continuous mesh-belt electric conveyor furnace for stress relieving silicon iron transformer cores in an air temperature at an optimum temperature of 800°C.
